MKS series evaporative condenser is a kind of highefficient heat exchange equipment renovated and developed on the basis ofabsorbing the most advanced heat-exchangeTechnology abroad.

MKS series evaporative condenser uses water and air as cooling agent.The cooling agent exchanges the heat with hightemperature gaseous refnigerant agent and hence the refnigerant agent becomes liquid.Inside it has a water distribution system,condensing coils,wet deck,dehydrator and so on.Outside it has a water circulating pump,an electronic water curing device and apropeller fan on the top of condensing coil.The propeller fan strengthens the flow of the air and causes negative pressure inside.When the condenser runs,the cooling water is pumped and then sprayed by water distribution system on the surface of condensingcoil equably to form a thin layer of water film.The high-temperature steam of refrigera nt agent enters from the top of condensing coiland then the cooled liquid refrigerant agent is discharged from the bottom of the condensing coil.During this process,high temperature refrigerant agent exchanges the heat with the water and air outside the coil and increases the effect of heat exchange with thehelp of wind.After absorbing the heat of refrigerant agent,some water turns into steam and is discharged by prop eller fan.Meanwhile,the moisture in the air is collected by dehydrator to basin,and the Ungasified cooling water flows in to wet deck and its heat is takenaway by the airflow.The cooled water converges in the basin to be used circularly by the pump later.In addition,there is a ball cock inthe basin.When the water is consumed to a certain point,the ball cock will automatically open to replenish the cooling Water.

MKS series products adopt the technology ofthe combination of coil and stuffing to avoid thedry spot and dirty forming on the coils.So theperformance of heat exchange is high effective.Because of the same direction of airflow and water flow, the spray water can cover the surface of coils furthest and keeps the surface
completely wet. Compared with the reverse direction of water flow and airflow, this structure can reduces greatly the dry spot and dirty.
