MKN series evaporative condenser is a kind of highefficient heat exchange equipment renovated and developed onthe basis of absorbing the most advanced heat-exchangeTechnology abroad.
MKN series evaporative condenser uses water and air as cooling agent.The cooling agent exchanges the heat withhigh temperature gaseous refrigerant agent and hence the refrigerant agent becomes liquid.Inside it has a waterdistribution system,condensing coils,wet deck,dehydrator and so on.Outside it has a water circulating pump,anelectronic water curing device and a propeller fan on the top of condensing coil.The propeller fan strengthens the flowof the air and causes negative pressure inside.When the condenser runs,the cooling water is pumped and thensprayed by water distribution system on the surface of condensing coil equably to form a thin layer of water film.Thehigh-temperature steam of refrigera nt agent enters from the top of condensing coil and then the cooled liquidrefrigerant agent is discharged from the bottom of the condensing coil.During this process,high temper aturerefrigerant agent exchanges the heat with the water and air outside the coil and increases the effect of heat exchangewith the help of wind.After absorbing the heat of refrigerant agent,some water turns into steam and is discharged byprop eller fan.Meanwhile,the moisture in the air is collected by dehydrator to basin,and the Ungasified cooling waterflows in to wet deck and its heat is taken away by the airflow.The cooled water converges in the basin to be usedcircularly by the pump later.In addition,there is a ball cock in the basin.When the water is consumed to a certain point,the ball cock will automatically open to replenish the cooling Water.

Standard conditions:R22 and R134a has a:40.6 ºC condensation temperature,4.4 ºC suction temperature,25.6ºC wet bulb temperature.Ammonia (R717):35.7 ºC condensation temperature,6.7 ºC suction temperature,25.6 ºCwet bulb temperature.
Unit far place sink litre capacity refers to the unit and its pipeline of water required.Far left tank to ensureadequate water,make the system run time is set at the bottom of the tank water to higher than water pump inlet andfilters.(General 300mm sufficient)
Shown in the table for ammonia refrigerant filling amount,such as refrigerant R22,should be multiplied by 1.93.;
As for everything,to be multiplied by 1.98.
